All music, podcasts, playlists, and related content available on Melody Plus are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream audio for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, rip, or redistribute tracks outside the app.
You may not use the music for public broadcast without appropriate licensing.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or damages our brand.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Melody Plus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability.

In no event shall Melody Plus be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
