We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to provide our premium music service:

• User Data: Your name, email address, password, profile image, and Date of Birth (DOB) when you create or update an account. Your DOB helps us curate and provide age-appropriate music recommendations tailored for you.
• Usage Data: Information on how you use the app, including search queries and playlists, to improve your recommendations.

We DO NOT request access to sensitive device permissions like your Camera, Contacts, or precise GPS location.

4. Our purpose for using your personal data

We use your data strictly to:

• Set up and manage your account (Performance of a Contract).
• Provide personalized music recommendations (Legitimate Interest).
• Ensure app security, provide offline playback, and prevent fraud.
