Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here is how you can permanently delete your data.

Deletion Process

In compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety requirements, you can request the complete erasure of your Melody Plus account at any time.

To delete your account:

  1. Send an email from your registered email address to info@ottsol.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 3-5 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data is permanently removed.

What gets deleted?

  • Personal Information

    Your name, email address, and encrypted passwords will be permanently erased.

  • Playlists & Favorites

    All your saved songs, custom playlists, and listening history will be wiped.

  • Subscription Data

    Any active subscriptions will be immediately canceled (No refunds provided for partial months).

Note: Some anonymized analytics data or transaction records may be retained temporarily for legal or security compliance purposes.
